You know that a couple is awesome when they ask you to wear boots to their wedding. Julia & James are just that! Theirs was one of the first-ever weddings at Prospect Hill, under a new owner, back in June. Prospect Hill is just oozing with incredible, historic details and incredible light from all angles. They also cook incredible food! Congratulations to Julia & James!

Caitlin & Craig were married this past May at White Oak Farm in rural Hume, Virginia. They prepared for the day at Mount Welby, a beautiful old house sitting on a hill close to the farm. Both locations provided stellar backdrops for such a momentous day in their lives. Caitlin and I used to row on the same crew team back in high school. Being able to shoot her wedding was such a treat: getting to see where she is in her life now, 12 years after we went to school together, and being there to see her start her marriage to Craig. What an honor that she asked me to document the day! Congrats, you two.
